We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders within the UK using Royal Mail. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout, including standard and tracked services, based on your location.

If you're outside the UK and would like to purchase a product, please send us a direct message on Instagram we're happy to help arrange an order for you

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

• Tracked Delivery: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days, with the added benefit of tracking your parcel online.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to keep our shipping fees affordable and transparent. Currently, we only offer UK-based shipping.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email to monitor your parcel’s journey through Royal Mail.

International Shipping:

 

​We currently do not ship outside of the UK. However, we’re working on offering international shipping in the future — thank you for your patience and support.

Delays:

While we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped on time, there may occasionally be delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions or delays with Royal Mail). We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue. If you opted for tracked shipping, it’s easier to investigate the situation with Royal Mail. If you did not choose tracked shipping, we will do our best to assist but cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to limited stock and the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you choose the correct size and check product details before placing your order.
